Meta Cast Sdn Bhd consist of foundry facilities in Malaysia with complete casting and foundry equipment. Our facilities can support:

1. Non-ferrous Casting
2. Ferrous Casting

Our company has the all necessary foundry equipment. We can supply ferrous and non-ferrous casting which also have extensive knowledge producing special Ni-Resist and Ductile Ni-Resist Alloys & High-Alloy Steel Castings such as per ASTM standards: A217 CA15, A352 CA6NM, A487 CA6NM and A743 CA40.

Foundry Facilities

Our facilities covered:

1. Wood pattern making
2. Core box using CO2 sand
3. Sand mulling and packing
4. Sand moulding – inclusive of sand pit, pattern extraction, gate cutting & pattern board
5. Melting process – inclusive of ingot charging, burner setting & temperature checking
6. Melt treatment, pouring and solidification

We have developed a Manufacturing Procedure Specification (MPS) detailing manufacturing and testing steps. The MPS will be submitted to client for approval prior to production.
